The Nucleo Kegel App has been designed to limit the processing of information to what is necessary for its intended functionality.

The App uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to better understand how users interact with the App. Google Analytics may process technical information and usage events generated during normal operation of the App.

According to the current implementation provided by the Developer, Google Analytics does not receive: exercise records, progress information, goals, wellness tracking data, or user-recorded performance stored locally on the device.

A core design principle of Nucleo Kegel is to keep user-generated information stored locally on the user's device whenever possible. Locally stored information includes:
According to the current implementation: this information is not synchronized with servers operated by the Developer; it is not accessible by the Developer; and it is not shared with third parties by the App. This architecture reduces the need for centralized processing of wellness-related information.
The Developer does not sell Personal Data. Likewise, the App does not share locally stored exercise records with third parties. Certain App features, however, rely on third-party providers that independently process information necessary for the services they provide, including:

The App is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. Certain third-party service providers used by the App may operate infrastructure located in multiple countries. As a result, information associated with authentication, analytics, subscription management, or payment processing may be processed outside the user's country of residence, in accordance with the privacy practices of those providers. The Developer does not control the infrastructure or internal processing activities of independent third-party services.

When a user deletes their account within the App; or uninstalls the App, the locally stored information is removed from the App's environment.
Information processed independently by Apple, Google, or other third-party providers is retained according to their respective retention policies.
The App provides an in-app account deletion feature. When account deletion is requested:
Deleting an account within Nucleo Kegel does not delete the user's Apple ID or Google Account, which remain subject to the policies of their respective providers. Account deletion is permanent, and deleted information cannot be recovered by the Developer.
The Developer adopts measures appropriate to the nature of the App to reduce risks associated with the processing of information under the Developer's responsibility. However, no software application or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Because Nucleo Kegel has been designed to store most user-generated information exclusively on the user's device, many privacy-related actions may be performed directly by the user through the App itself. Users may delete their account directly within the App. When account deletion is completed:
Deleting an account within the App does not delete the user's Apple ID or Google Account, which remain governed by the respective providers.

This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Where mandatory privacy or consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction apply to a specific user, those laws shall prevail to the extent required by applicable legislation. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the courts of Joinville, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Where mandatory law requires a different jurisdiction, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.
